Repairs under warranty
If your Brennan develops a fault within 12 months of purchase - fill out the form and send it back to us and and we will repair it.
If it fails within 12 months of purchase your repair will be free of charge and your postage will be reimbursed (up to $30). If it fails very shortly after purchase we will sometimes offer a replacement.
If possible you should backup your Brennan before sending for repair.
You must use a tracked delivery service. There is no need to insure the item our insurance covers it. We will refund up to $30 return postage - email a copy of the receipt to thebrennanb2@gmail.com.
You should try to make sure that there really is a hardware fault. We may not refund your postage if there is no fault. Email us first if you are not sure if it needs to be looked at.
